Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Guide: Glaseado Gym

Glaseado Gym, an Ice type gym and the last gym in this guide.

Glaseado Gym - Preparations:

For this gym you will want to have your Pokémon be at least level 48 for an easier time. Being an Ice type gym, you will want to use Fire, Fighting, Rock, or Steel type moves.

Glaseado Gym - Location:

The quickest way to get there is to start from Montenevera so fly there. Then from the Pokémon Center, head south. On your left will be three Ethers, followed by a trainer on your left. He will have a level 35 Delibird (Ice/Flying type).

Next you should see a bridge, cross it and keep going south to climb up the hill. There are some Timer Balls there for you to pick up on the right, then keep going and you will reach another trainer. He will have a level 35 Pawmot (Electric/Fighting type).

Keep going up the mountain until and follow the path as it bends to the right. There will be a tree with a Poke Doll, then three Repeat Balls on the right. Now keep following the way until you reach the Pokémon Center and Glaseado. Make your way to the gym to start the Gym Test.

Glaseado Gym - Gym Test:

The Gym Test requires you to slide down a hill while riding a Pokémon and to reach the end of the course within the time limit. To start the course, head to the Pokémon Center and you should see to the left, snowman where the slope begins. You have 90 seconds to complete the course once you start it. You will want to try to go in between all the markers, but it's ok if you miss some of them. Once you have made it to the bottom within the time frame, the test will be over and you can challenge the gym leader Grusha.

Glaseado Gym - Grusha:

Grusha will have four Pokémon, all level 47. A Frosmoth (Bug/Ice type), a Beartic (Ice type), a Cetitan (Ice type), and an Altaria (Flying/Dragon type). She will Terastallize Altaria turning it into an Ice type. Again, use Fire, Fighting, Rock, or Steel type moves here.

Glaseado Gym - Reward:

Congratulations on defeating this gym and earning you eight and final badge (assuming you have been following this guide)! Now that you have all badges, Pokemon of all levels will listen to you. Grusha will also give you TM124 Ice Spinner. Nemona and Geeta will be waiting for you in the gym and tell you that you can now take on the Pokemon League. Before doing that, we have two Team Star Bases and one Titan Pokemon left to take care of.
