Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Guide: Cassiopeia - Starfall Street

After defeating all Team Star Bosses, you can take on the Final Boss, who is none other than Cassiopeia.

Cassiopeia - Preparation:

The recommended level for this challenge is level 63. You will want to use Bug, Fairy, Fighting, Flying, or Grass type moves.

Cassiopeia - Location:

You can head to the Academy schoolyard to take on the challenge. Once here, Clive will stop you and reveal his true identity. He is actually Director Clavell (Shocker I know). He will tell you that he has been Cassiopeia this whole time and challenge you to a battle.

Cassiopeia - Battle:

He will have a level 60 Oranguru (Normal/Psychic type), a level 60 Abomasnow (Grass/Ice type), a level 60 Gyarados (Water/Flying type), a level 60 Polteageist (Ghost type), a level 60 Amoonguss (Grass/Poison type), and a level 61 Starter Pokémon. He will have whichever starter wasn't picked by you and Nemona at the start of the adventure.

For Oranguru, use Dark or Bug type moves. Abomasnow is weak to Fire, Steel, Fighting, Bug, Rock, Flying, and Poison. For Gyarados, use Electric or Rock type attacks. Polteageist is weak to Ghost and Dark moves. Amoonguss is weak to Ice, Flying, and Psychic type moves. Then finally, his Starter Pokémon will be Terastalized and its weakness will depend on which one it is.

But wait, so it turns out that Clavell wasn't Cassiopeia after all? That's right, he will tell you that he is not Cassiopeia. You have to come back during night time to find out Cassiopeia's true identity.

You will then find out that it is actually Penny who is the real Cassiopeia.

All her Pokemon will be Eevee evolutions. She has a level 62 Umbreon (Dark type), level 62 Flareon (Fire type), level 62 Vaporeon (Water type), level 62 Jolteon (Electric type), level 62 Leafeon (Grass type), and a level 62 Sylveon (Fairy type).

For Umbreon, use Bug, Fairy, or Fighting type moves. For Flareon, use Ground, Water, or Rock type moves. For Vaporeon, use Grass or Electric type moves. For Jolteon, use Ground type attacks. For Leafeon, use Fire, Flying, or Ice type moves. Finally is Sylveon who Penny will Terastalize. Use Poison or Steel type moves against it.

After defeating Cassiopeia, Starfall Street will be complete and you will return to your Dorm Room. Go speak to Director Clavell in his office. Then Penny will meet you at the stairs and give you TM169 Draco Meteor. She will also tell you that she will help you with anything you need. This means she will help you later on when you take on Area Zero. Now it is time to take on Nemona.
